Peter Askey - Director
Peter has an industry background in contracted services
with fifteen years experience in senior management to General Manager
level. He is highly experienced in working in competitive markets
and understands the dynamics of creating the necessary business
culture and managing resource inputs to achieve both customer value
and profitable outcomes. Peter has recently worked on a number of
business improvement and feasibility assignments in New Zealand
and Australia in the utilities, manufacturing, contracted services
and wholesale sectors.
Christopher Boyle – Director
Christopher has worked in New Zealand, Australia,
Asia and England in the areas of service delivery, customer strategies,
change management, leadership coaching, asset management and risk
management. He has held general management positions and directorships
on several trust boards and advisory panels. His key skills involve
the creation of business opportunities and change management, at
both a function and people level. Christopher is an experienced
facilitator and organisational consultant who has a wide range of
industry experience including, utilities, professional services,
insurance and retail.
Derek Walker – Director
Derek is an experienced senior executive and company
director with over twenty years experience in senior management
to Chief Executive level. He has a background in electrical engineering
and has a high level of commercial management experience. His areas
of expertise include strategic and business planning, governance,
utility management and operations, risk management, business and
project feasibility, and management development. He has recently
completed advisory and development assignments in Australia and
New Zealand in the utilities, telecommunications, energy, local
government and retail sectors and sits as an independent director
on several company boards.
Lyn McCurdy - Consultant
Lyn has worked at a national level in corporate sales management
in Australia. Moving to New Zealand 10 years ago Lyn co-founded
an automation technology R&D company (petroleum sector) exporting
to Australia, Asia and South Africa. She has worked with Manawatu
regional economic development agency Vision Manawatu, responsible
for business and industry sector development. Lyn works in the areas
of human resources, communication, sales strategies, management,
and business development (including funding options) and is a member
of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
