Our skilled directors and consultants have extensive experience as successful chief executives, general managers, company owners, independent advisors and consultants. We also work with a number of skilled associates and maintain an extensive business network, allowing us to tailor our core expertise with the skill sets needed to meet your challenges.
Peter’s background is in contracted services with over 15 years' in senior management to general manager level, holding a number of directorships. He’s highly experienced in working in competitive markets, understanding the dynamics of creating the necessary business culture and managing resources to achieve both customer value and profitable outcomes.
Christopher has worked in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and England in service delivery, customer strategies, change management, & leadership coaching. An experienced facilitator and organisational consultant, Chris has held general management and acting CEO positions as well as directorships in both not for profit and publically listed companies.
Derek is an experienced company director and senior executive with over 20 years' in senior management to CEO level. He has led major transformational change initiatives in several organisations, and been involved in the negotiation and implementation of several mergers, acquisitions and major projects. Derek is our governance and strategic development guru.
Tyson is Ngati Porou and Te Aitanga a Hauiti. His background includes Ministers’ Offices, The Treasury, Building & Housing, UCOL’s senior management, and the Office of the Auditor-General. Tyson takes a design approach to strategy and change, matching this with his policy, economic and financial analysis skills to generate insights.
Jeremy’s background is in local government and the education sector. Most recently he was the Director, Analytics & Insights for UCOL with a focus on business development and business improvement. Prior to this Jeremy had project management and business analyst roles for Rayonier NZ (Whanganui based) and Wellington City Council.

We’ve undertaken projects for small and large central government clients, helping them manage through change, cracking tricky policy issues with them, and using data to understand the likely impacts of proposals.

Our local government work sees us helping Councils and associated organisations undertake change management, grapple with operational management matters, and ensure successful project management and delivery.
Governance + Planning + Initiatives
Medium to large businesses, educational providers, trusts and community groups have called on us to help structure their activities, facilitate the development of their vision, strategy and action plans, and carry out economic and financial assessments such as business cases and feasibility studies.
